Do I need to be an expert in Lingerie to manage a Victorias Secret?
I have several years of retail store management, and a few years in retail sales too.. Certainly I’m more qualified than most others that would apply. Do I need to have tons of product knowledge like a fashion designer?
Will they probably perfer to not hire me because I am a man?
Actually, the fact that you are a man could work in your favor. If you have the appropriate management skills and experience, and have a real interest, I’d suggest applying for the job. Of course be prepared during the interview for the questions….”Why do you want to work for Victoria Secret”?
